Willa Van Nostrand (she/they) is a multidisciplinary artist, musician, writer, and master mixologist based between Providence, Rhode Island and Italy. Her work is driven by seasonality, color, sensory exploration, and the many facets of hospitality. Willa is a guest professor at Johnson & Wales University, ALMA Scuola, and Harvard University. Her work has been featured in Vogue, The Boston Globe, Cherrybombe, Domino Magazine, SeriousEats & Food52. Willa ghostwrites culinary recipes for some of Hollywood’s biggest names. She consults with luxury brands including Vanderbilt Hotels, Auberge Resorts, Casa Lawa, New York Film Festival, and Campari International (client list on request). She owns Little Bitte Artisanal Cocktails, an international award-winning garden-to-glass cocktail company, and World’s Fair Gallery, an experiential art space that presents new work at the intersection of contemporary art, food and taste.

She currently resides between Providence and Tiverton, Rhode Island with her partner and her pup, Mimosa.
