THE PRACTICE
We often cannot see our own work, patterns, or possibilities clearly because we are standing in the middle of them. Willa brings a unique ability to step alongside you, illuminate the periphery and help reveal what is ready to emerge. Lumina invites us to look at the edges: the questions, images, and possibilities waiting just outside our usual way of seeing.
Each Lumina Session is shaped around where you are and what you are hoping to explore.

Drawing from Reiki, chakra-based practices, meditation, and reflective exercises, Lumina invites a deeper awareness of the connection between creativity, presence and the body.
